1 General Introduction & Acceptance

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between sport betting (sportbetting.click) and all its users. By registering or continuing to use a sport betting account, you are deemed to have fully accepted all of these terms.

If you disagree with any of our terms, please stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.

2 Account Opening Conditions & Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to open an account on sport betting:

• You must be at least 18 years of age — no exceptions.
• You must provide an active mobile number and a valid email address.
• Each individual may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of account registration must be accurate and truthful.
• Accounts are for personal use only — betting on behalf of or with funds from a third party is strictly prohibited.

Account verification (KYC) may be requested at any time. Failure to submit a national ID and selfie may result in payment being withheld.

3 Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals on sport betting:

• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• KYC verification is mandatory before withdrawals exceeding ৳10,000.
• Sport betting reserves the right to request additional verification for any suspicious transactions.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.

4 Bonuses, Promotions & Offers

Please read the following terms carefully before participating in any sport betting bonus offer:

• Welcome Bonus: A bonus of up to 100% is available on your first deposit. To withdraw the bonus, a minimum betting turnover of 8x the bonus amount is required.
• Reload Bonus: The wagering requirement for the weekly reload bonus is 5x.
• Cashback Offer: Applicable to specific sports or for a limited period. Cashback wagering requirement is 1x.
• Expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses through multiple accounts or the same device may result in account termination.

Sport betting reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.

5 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on sport betting:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled — the Cash Out feature is governed separately.
• Any bet placed before a match begins that does not go through will be considered void and a full refund will be issued.
• Sport betting reserves the right to review any bet whose outcome has been affected by a technical error.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, the rules applicable to the related bets can be found in the specific sport rules section.
• The maximum bet amount per account must remain within the limits set by the platform.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on sport betting:

• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or inside information.
• Placing unusual bets by exploiting technical glitches in betting odds.
• Betting using bots, automated software, or scripts.
• Misusing bonuses solely for withdrawal purposes ("bonus abuse").
• Depositing funds from money laundering or illegal sources.
• Unauthorised access to another user's account.

If any of the above activities are proven, the account may be immediately suspended and the associated balance forfeited. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.

7 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Sport betting may temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
• In cases involving security risks or suspicious transactions.

Users may also request to close their account at any time — any remaining valid balance will be refunded.

8 Limitation of Liability

Sport betting is not liable for:

• Bets that fail to register or are delayed due to internet connectivity issues.
• Any loss resulting from a fault on the user's own device.
• If a transaction is delayed due to a third-party payment system issue.
• Any loss resulting from sharing your account details with others.

Betting is a risk-based activity. Sport betting is not liable for any financial losses a user incurs from betting.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

• Your information is never sold to third-party advertisers.

• Payment details are not stored on our servers.

10 Changes to Terms & Contact

Sport betting reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, advance notice will be sent to your registered email or via SMS.
